Fab'n'Funky Challenge #77 - "tempting templates"

OK this week at Fab'n'Funky we are definitely going to challenge you all. Over the years we have all bought them, tried them once for a special present and then put them away . . . but now is the time to dust them off and make something else with them. So what are we talking about you wonder? Simple . . . templates and therefore our challenge couldn't really be called anything else but . .

Dudetime Doodles May Inspirational Challenge

Welcome to our inspirational challenge for May. 

We have got an awesome photo / color inspiration for you this month. 

We're getting closer to the end of May and that means the end of the school year for a lot of kids, graduation parties, and coming vacations!  If you haven't made your vacation plans yet, then this month's photo inspiration may help get you jumped started.

If this doesn't make you think of doing the hula, wearing flowers in your hair, sitting on the beach and having a drink with a little umbrella, then I don't know what will!

Now, these are masculine images - how it the heck are you supposed to incorporate a flower into your project you might ask.  Well, just wait until you see what the Dudettes have in store for you!  Some I never would have thought of, but we have an awesome design team and they did!

Challenge - Party in Colors

Its still a party at Doodle Dragon Studios being the Blog-iversary month.  I hope you were able to get the GREAT deal from yesterday, and if not, no worries because the images will be available soon as sets.  Be on the lookout!

So we are going to continue with the birthday theme at Pike's Playground.  For this challenge you are to create something, whether it is a card a page or a craft project, using 2 of the colors in the header of Dustin's blog including the paint drips.  He is really trying to draw out the party as loooong as possible.  Please pass me another piece of cake.

Playground rules below.

Playground Rules:

1. Choose a Doodle Dragon Studios image and create a birthday theme card or project using 2 of the colors in the header of Dustin's blog, there are a lot to choose from (it can be the paint or the images).
2. Directly link the actual card/project using InLinkz.
3. You may only submit one project per challenge.
4. Must be registered at Doodle Dragon Studios to receive points (go HERE to register) and email Dustin at dustin_pike@yahoo.com to let me know you have entered using Linky and have registered with your registration name so you can get credit.  Use "Party in Color Challenge" in the subject line.
