Some FANTASTIC News!

I recently applied to become a member of Dustin Pike's new DT and these were some of my submissions (I traced the bunny image with my Craft Robo software and made him into a diecut)

And WOOHOO...I made it. Since one of the other DT's Lelia put it so wonderfully I have "pinched" her announcement

I am so excited to be one of the lucky 15 chosen for Dustin Pike's charter Design Team! There were 119 entries...and he thought there wouldn't be much interest! ;O)Dustin is a very talented artist and his digi stamps are taking the crafting world by storm! Be sure to stop by his blog to see his work...after you've discovered that his images are too cute for words, stop by his shop and purchase a few! He's got a bundle right now that has 10 images for $10!!! You can't get a better deal than that!Congratulations to the other 14 members...I'm looking forward to working with you and seeing your creations! I'm Sooooo Excited

I've been asked to be a member of  the Funky Fairy's Challenge Blog Design Team...yay me...can't wait and am looking forward to working with this wonderful bunch of ladies :0) Thank you Ria for showing faith in me..

Craft Tally for 2008

Because I was on sooooo many challenges last year such as a LO a day, a card a day, a self-portrait a day as well as entering LOADS of monthly challenges on the various forums I'm a member of I actually kept a spreadsheet of the "numbers" (blush)

And no I'm not photographing or recording this year as I don't expect I will do anywhere near as many (I am soooo behind in the card challenge which I appropriately started on April Fools Day last year..lol)

Crafty Swappers Design Team

This morning I was asked to be on the Design Team for Crafty Swappers which I gratefully accepted (thank you Anne) and invite anyone who reads my blog to pop on over to this great site and participate on the forum with a great bunch of girls as well as join in their challenges and swaps.

The first challenge will be on January 4 and I will post on here as soon as I know more details

Scrap Witch - Christmas Card Swap

Well I was up til midnight but I managed to get these cards all finished for the Christmas Card Swap, they don't look like a lot but the hand colouring took me forever and Hanna is cut out and stuck on...but I am happy with the way they turned out and I deliberately went with non-traditional christmas colours for something different :0)

(hard to see but the snow, the tree, the star are all glittered as well as an earring I added...a girls gotta have BLING! lol)

Final Figures For May

Well the final figures are in...I completed 31 LOs in May, using 93 photos (and I'm quite pleased to say this month I used 21 old photos instead of 1 like last month! - and by old I mean out of my photo stash and not printed off just for the LO). I also made 34 cards and completed 12 scrap challenges...phew!!! 5 minutes for a deep breath and then on to todays project - a canvas for my son (full of positive affirmations as he is STILL having bullying problems)and as my friend Frances said upon seeing how much I have done this year...I HAVE NO LIFE!!! lol...

Christmas Album and LO Tally

I also FINALLY managed to finish the Christmas album for 2007 and am very pleased with the results.

I was also quite shocked when Question of the Day at Jules asked our "lo tally" for last month even tho I do a collage on here it is daunting to add it up.

1 canvas, 12 cards, 2 albums, 54 single los and 32 doubles...wait for it....120 PAGES... thats more than 've done since I started scrapbooking!!! (true!)
